Since 2022, Whitebark Institute and other partners have been working to identify, fund, and implement wildfire resilience efforts in the Eastern Sierra. The projects highlighted above represent the efforts of ESWA members, including Whitebark, Inyo, Mono & Alpine Counties. A prioritized list of projects is maintained by Whitebark and ESWA partners. It includes updates from the County Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPPs).  The list is currently under review and prioritization.
